REFUND POLICY

Product Delivery

IRE Productions products are delivered by Internet download only. Once your payment has been received we will process your order. Orders are typically processed immediately but occasionally can take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete if there are any issues with your payment. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Refunds Policy

We stand behind our products and we place great importance in delivering them to the highest standards ensuring our clients are satisfied with their quality. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. In the event of a product being purchased we will be happy to issue a refund as long as it has not been downloaded yet.
