TIMBA SHEET MUSIC

Are you trying to recreate the raw energy of a 90s Havana Timba performance on stage?
Maybe you’re fascinated by Alain Pérez’s jazz-infused bass riffs, Tomásito Cruz’s batá-inspired conga patterns, or maybe you’re a classically trained pianist curious about the unlikely connection between Timba and Classical music — two genres that seem to have nothing in common. That is, until you see Tirso Duarte improvise a full Timba piano arrangement over Chopin’s Fantaisie-Impromptu on the spot — complete with an overdubbed bass line.
Due to the genre’s nature and the post-revolutionary political situation in Cuba, real Timba Sheet Music is extremely hard to find — which is exactly why we created this collection in the first place.
Our arrangements are made for musicians who value authenticity and want to play the music as it was actually recorded. Each tune includes a full set of instrumental parts based on the original recording. This typically includes sheet music for:
– Horn Section (Trumpets, Trombones, Saxophones)
– Piano & Bass (PDF charts + MIDI)
– Flute, Violins, Guitar or Keyboards (depending on subgenre and tune).
Each title includes separate scores for each instrument, MIDI file of the Full arrangement including Percussion parts and an MP3 backing track. All sub-products can be purchased individually or as part of a discounted full package. Piano and Bass charts come with Note-for-Note MIDI Transcriptions, ideal for both learners and seasoned musicians alike.
